Bio: Greg de Polnay has been an actor and voice teacher for the past  35yrs.  He has developed an accessible and practical method for enhancing public speaking and communication skills by placing special emphasis on the power of the human voice. Background

Q-dos coaching and networking forum was founded by Patricia Caldwell along with five co -founders and launched in May 2004. Q-dos was set up to provide a  networking forum for Professional Qualified Coaches promoting excellence and growth.

The  main objectives are:

  • To promote personal and professional growth;
  • To widen our horizons;
  • To create a supportive and challenging network;
  • To provide a dynamic and progressive forum.

Q-dos meets on the last Tuesday of each month and the format of the evening includes networking, a guest speaker and a coaching news forum. The meetings are held at the Coach & Horses Hotel, Kew Green, Kew from 7.00pm-9.00pm

Patricia Caldwell (Founder & Chairperson of Q-dos), Business & Personal Coach, and mentor coach for the Coaching Academy. A graduate from the University of Ulster, she worked for many years as a Hotel General Manager for an international chain. Patricia has an innovative coaching practice with a diverse client base, is an inspirational speaker and gives coaching talks to many organisations including the Education sector.
