1. Personal/Individual/Life Coaching:

Patricia specialises in coaching individuals through a process called ‘individuation’.

Individuation is a significant adult developmental process occurring throughout life. It is an evolving and continuing growing process to find our true individuality, and to allow our purpose to evolve, however most of us suppress this need for continuous growth, thus disallowing ourselves to become who we truly are. When this occurs our life becomes uncomfortable in different ways. Individuation must happen if we are to be truly who we are and to be able to authentically contribute to life. It means we are not just getting older we are becoming more differentiated and developed. It drives us to reach out to learn, to forge into the unknown, to shape us to what we are to become. Individuation is one of the premier psychological life forces that attracts change into our lives.

Average length of a coaching programmes is four – six sessions of one hour in length. An initial free consultation to determine a coaching programmes is given to all clients.

 

2. Business Coaching:

Patricia is a trained Business & Personal Coach and enables clients to find their motivational drivers and use these to help identify, achieve and exceed their goals. The client will always remain responsible throughout the process, and will learn more about themselves what motivates them and how to use this in achieving goals for the business and themselves personally. 

RANGE OF SERVICES OFFERED:

EXECUTIVE COACHING

Patricia (and her team) provide individual coaching programmes to Executives, Senior Mangers, Junior Managers and Team leaders in order to help them accelerate their performance in line with the organisational goals. Each programme is tailored made to suit the needs of the client and will typically include

1. Initial session to understand desired behaviour, competencies and outcomes in relation to strategic goals of the business;

2. Behavioural analysis and feedback to increase their self awareness and understanding of their impact on others;

3. Use of various coaching models such as GROW to develop a process in which we work together to ensure success and clear measurement along the way;

4. Diagnosis of potential barriers and build plans with clients to overcome and succeed

Method

Patricia and her team are trained to a high standard of coaching competencies and work to very cleat and ethical guidelines that are discussed and agreed upfront with the sponsor. This results in complete clarity and agreements with the sponsor in terms of measurement and expectations resulting from the coaching programme

The process will follow one of the following: 

1. A 3-month programme that will enable the client to identify their goals and a comprehensive plan to achieve with full coaching support throughout the process or

2. A coaching programme that underpins the investment already made in individuals having participated in a leadership/excellence programme to ensure that the investment is realised through performance improvement or

3. A specific programme in support of a change or new opportunities or

4. One off coaching sessions to support an individual on a specific topic (i.e. change of career) or to overcome specific individual issues.

WORKSHOPS

1. COACHING SKILLS WORKSHOP

A one day workshop (suitable for all levels of staff/management) providing coaching skills through the learning of various coaching skills and the use of effective questioning and listening skills. This knowledge can be taken back to the workplace and utilised and incorporated into the team effectively with positive results.

2. CHANGING DIRECTION/DEAUNG WITH CHANGE WORKSHOP

Change is the most common fear in the workplace causing de-motivation and poor performance. This one day workshop deals with this aspect and effectively moves the client forward with ease using a range of coaching techniques

3. POSITIVE THINKING: UNLIMITED POTENTIAL WORKSHOP

This one-day workshop releases limiting beliefs and focuses on values. Positive thinking techniques are applied and various practical exercises are used to promote a change in thinking. 

 

3. Image Coaching:

Image in business is continuing to change and evolve. This service is at present only open to women. It consists of a four week package and determines:

  • The needs of the client both in their working or personal life or both.
  • Styles and colours that enhance their personality and shape in relation to their life style
  • Suggested clothing ideas and the opportunity of a 2hr personal shopping expedition

 

4. Universal Intelligence Coaching: 

Here we are talking about a natural intelligence that is always there, but which we do not make use of - and of course it is free. It is called

UNIVERSAL INTELLIGENCE

To access it we can do the following:

    1. To Live in the Present - every choice you make in this present moment determines your future

     2. Use Silence - silence is the natural organiser of the world. When we allow ourselves silence we gain clarity, we become more focused - Build 10mins of silence into your day & see the difference.

3. Start to pay attention to what is around you. Once you discover your passion go in that direction, join a group, read books on that subject, and raise your awareness of the people you meet, the opportunities that come up.

4. When you start to pay attention, you start attracting synchronistic events - sometimes known as coincidences - these events happen to allow the opportunities you need to come into your life to move you forward.

5. Use your sixth sense - your intuition - it is there for a reason but we are often told to ignore it or to place little importance on it. It is  widely known that the most successful leaders use it all the time ­get to recognise how it feels.
