To whom it may concern,
I am very pleased to be asked to write a reference for Patricia
Caldwell.
I first heard Patricia present at a lecture of the University of
Ulster Alumni Association. Patricia spoke on the subject of life
coaching and I found the talk to be both informative and
interesting. I approached Patricia last year and asked her to speak
at the Belfast Branch of the BT Women's Network (BTWN). The members
of the BTWN are primarily female managers in BT, but membership is
open to all employees of BT in Northern Ireland.
Such was the success of the first event that Patricia agreed to
return to Belfast and speak at subsequent events on areas ranging
from personal coaching to specialist topics such as
individualisation. Each event has been well supported and positively
received by branch members of the network.
Patricia's presentations are always informative, well researched,
and tailored to the needs of the audience. These presentations are
enhanced by Patricia's confident, relaxed and inspirational style
and her advice is always objective and impartial. She is acutely
perceptive and is particularly adept at suggesting solutions to any
problem posed to her in a sensitive and insightful manner. Feedback
from attendees after all the events has always been very positive,
with members finding the' presentations thought-provoking and
inspiring. Indeed, I am aware of a number of people who, as a result
of attending one of Patricia's talks have subsequently approached
her for one-to-one personal coaching sessions and the feedback I
have received to date has been extremely positive and the catalyst
for a life changing decisions.
I have since referred Patricia to all of the BTWN Committees
throughout the UK as I believe BT can learn a great deal more from
Patricia.
Should you require any further feedback on Patricia Caldwell, please
do not hesitate to contact me on *** * **** ****.
Yours faithfully

Dear Sir/Madam
Patricia Caldwell
I am delighted to write to you about Patricia Caldwell, who is one
of the University of Ulster's most supportive among our 110,000
alumni. We have been privileged to have had Patricia speak on three
separate occasions to groups of our alumni, in Northern Ireland and
London.
On each occasion Patricia made a highly professional presentation
and the audiences have been thoroughly engaged by the inspirational
contents. Following the presentation she very ably responded to
questioning resulting in very animated discussions. I would
recommend her to you most highly as a professional, entertaining,
knowledgeable and informative speaker.
Yours faithfully
Ms Noreen Taggart
